Terms and Conditions for Maggie’s Super Clean LLC 

Providing Professional Cleaning Services:
We are proud to offer licensed, bonded, and insured professional cleaning services

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • No refunds. If you’re unsatisfied with the service, you have 48 hours to request a redo, provided you submit photos showing missed areas.

New Customers

  • New customers must complete a walk-through with a cleaning staff member after the job is finished.

New Construction/Remodeling Cleaning & Additional Costs

  • The cleaning process consists of two essential phases—Rough Clean and Final Clean—both of which must be completed.
  • Homes undergoing the remodeling process may incur extra charges due to increased dust, debris, and the need for more detailed cleaning.

Access to Your Home

  • Grant our cleaner’s full access to your home for an efficient and thorough cleaning experience.
  • Ensure your home is picked up and ready for cleaning.

Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Lockout Policy

  • Reschedules or cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, without rescheduling within a week, will incur the full anticipated cleaning cost.
  • Bi-weekly service cancellations result in a $30 additional cost.
  • Cleaning hours are from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. Lockouts during these hours incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the typical cleaning rate.
  • Report damages to our office staff or owner Jessica promptly.
  • Limited liability protection for the replacement or repair of damaged items with the same or similar make and model.
  • Changes to Service and Additional Charges:
  • Requesting changes after the original estimate may result in additional charges or require a new estimate.

Pets, Plants, and Children

  • Due to liability, we cannot care for pets, plants, or children.

Deep Clean Requirement

  • Clients must request a deep clean at least once a year for maintenance purposes.
  • An annual ‘Deep Clean’ is required to be completed.

Payment Options and Policies

  • Acceptable forms of payment include check, cash, Visa/MasterCard, and bank transfers. Declined cards and unpaid balances incur a service charge of $25 or 15% interest, whichever is greater. Electronic payments have an additional cost of $5.

Pictures of Before and After Work

  • We take before and after photos for training, proof of performance, and promotion. Notify us if you do not want pictures taken of work areas in your home.
