Providing Professional Cleaning Services:
We are proud to offer licensed, bonded, and insured professional cleaning servicesSatisfaction Guarantee:
If any part of your cleaning leaves you dissatisfied, contact our office within 24 hours. A crew will be promptly dispatched to redo the specified area within 48 business hours. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds or discounts on the original bill for quality issues; instead, we prioritize redoing the area. An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.Access to Your Home:
Grant our cleaner’s full access to your home for an efficient and thorough cleaning experience. Ensure your home is picked up and ready for cleaning.Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Lockout Policy:
- Reschedules or cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, without rescheduling within a week, will incur the full anticipated cleaning cost.
- Bi-weekly service cancellations result in a $30 additional cost.
- Cleaning hours are from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. Lockouts during these hours incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the typical cleaning rate.
- Report damages to our office staff or owner Jessica promptly.
- Limited liability protection for the replacement or repair of damaged items with the same or similar make and model.
- Changes to Service and Additional Charges:
- Requesting changes after the original estimate may result in additional charges or require a new estimate.
